1. Who we are / Biz kimiz

WhatsApp by MTO is a WhatsApp Business Platform service operated by MTO Management (digital@mtomanagement.com). We help brands send WhatsApp messages — order updates and marketing campaigns — to customers who have explicitly opted in.

WhatsApp by MTO, MTO Management tarafından işletilen bir WhatsApp Business Platform hizmetidir. Markaların, açık rıza (opt-in) vermiş müşterilerine sipariş bildirimleri ve pazarlama mesajları göndermesine aracılık eder.

2. Data we process / İşlenen veriler

• Phone number (WhatsApp ID), name, locale / Telefon numarası, ad, dil
• Opt-in records: consent text shown, timestamp, channel, IP — kept as an append-only audit log / Rıza kayıtları: gösterilen metin, zaman damgası, kanal, IP — değiştirilemez denetim kaydı olarak saklanır
• Message delivery metadata (sent/delivered/read status, error codes) / Mesaj teslim meta-verisi

3. Legal basis & opt-in / Hukuki dayanak ve rıza

Marketing messages are sent only to users with a recorded, timestamped opt-in, in line with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Turkish KVKK. Users can opt out at any time by replying or via the unsubscribe option; opt-outs are honored immediately.

4. Data sharing / Veri paylaşımı

Message content and recipient data are shared with Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) solely to deliver messages. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention & deletion / Saklama ve silme

Data is retained while the brand's service is active and deleted upon verified request. Contact digital@mtomanagement.com for access, correction, or deletion requests (KVKK m.11 hakları dahil).
